DAY 01: HANOI ARRIVAL

Upon arrival at airport, you will be picked up by our driver and then transfer to the hotel in central city for check-in. Take your time to relax or have the first discovery of city on your own. In the evening, enjoy our welcome dinner. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi

DAY 02: HANOI CITY TOUR (B/L/D) – overnight train

Have Breakfast at hotel. Discover Vietnam’s capital, including Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, traditional stilt house, the revered One Pillar Pagoda and visit Vietnam’s first university - the thousands years old Temple of Literature. Then, move to the typical Vietnamese places of worship - Quan Thanh temple and Tran Quoc pagoda, along the shore of West Lake. Have lunch at local restaurant before exploring Ethnology Museum and enjoy the cyclo around the old quarter Have your own dinner at restaurant before get on the overnight train to Lao Cai.

DAY 03: LAO CAI – SAPA – LAO CHAI – TA VAN (B/L)

Arrive at Lao Cai station in the early morning, drive up to Sapa (45 minutes) on the road which exposes a beautiful view. Check in the hotel and have breakfast, free at leisure to discover Sapa. Have lunch at local restaurant and then trek down to the valley of Sapa, pass rice-field to Lao Chai and Ta Van hill tribe’s villages Start, continue trekking along Muong Hoa valley to explore three different cultures (Black H-mong, Zay and Red Zao). Have dinner and overnight at homestay to experience and delve further into the minority life.

DAY 04: SAPA – BAC HA – BAN PHO VILLAGE – LAO CAI (B/L) – overnight train

Be picked up by guide at Lao Cai railway, early check-in at hotel for showering and enjoy breakfast. After that, transfer to Bac Ha market one of the most colorful markets in Northwest of Vietnam where you can meet different ethnic minorities. Not only do people attend for trading but also do enjoy rice-wine drinking, social communication, meeting, friend making in the market. Have lunch at a local restaurant and then transfer to Ban Pho which is the village of Bac Ha district, Lao Cai province. It’s takes you about 15 minutes from Bac Ha town and 2 hours from Lao Cai station. This is the village of Black H’Mong and Flower H’Mong.

Later, transfer to Lao Cai railway station for overnight train back to Hanoi.

DAY 05: HANOI ARRIVAL

Arrive in Hanoi. End of services.
